What are the Eligibility Requirements to be a Reseller ?

In order to be eligible for Reseller discounts, you should meet either one of the following conditions :

CASE ( 1 )

3 Regular Accounts @ PrimeGEN. For example: 1 BusinessPlus, & 2 PrimePlus accounts

CASE ( 2 )

Pay Program Sign up Fee of $99.00.
Get discounted monthly price from Day One, for all the domains.

CASE ( 3)

Start with RSX or NTX options.
No program signup fee.
No minimum limit to buy

 

The low prices offered by PrimeGEN allow you to put a suitable profit margin and still remain competitive in the growing market for web hosting. We will handle all the technical aspects of setting an account, InterNIC transfer or registration, to providing answers to technical questions to your clients, so You can concentrate on marketing and business planning.

What type of services can I resell for PrimeGEN ?

As PrimeGEN's reseller, you have a wide range of Web hosting plans to offer to your clients. Check out the complete lineup.   As a reseller we will offer you these standard services at a discounted price ( 30% - 50% ), whereas you can sell them at any price and keep the difference to yourself. We wish to grow our business through multiple reseller partnerships, and we believe that our success depends on yours. You can be assured that Quality of the service you are offering to your clients is at its highest standards and our flexible pricing plans allow you to to fit  your client's needs at a competitive price.

How is the billing handled ?

We will bill you directly for each service ordered through us, and you will be responsible for billing your clients. The frequency of the billing is Quarterly at initial stage, and once you achieve the STAR Status, the frequency is reduced to monthly. Also, for the RSX & NTX plans the Monthly billing option is in effect.

How will you provide technical support to my clients ?

We will assist you in all the ways to handle the support requests for your clients. You can publish or copy the technical manual from our site for your users. Also, we will assist you in building an ONLINE HELPDESK ( A web based forms system which will allow your client to send support request directly to us ) at no extra charge. Most support request calls are handled within 2 - 24 hours. We are proud of our prompt and expert technical support system, and as a reseller you can take advantage of our support services.

How do I order services for my clients or myself ?

You will be assigned a unique reseller id, which you can use while placing any order. This will help us in keeping track of your account and updating your account status as the number of accounts grow. You can visit Reseller Services order Section   for placing orders for your clients, to view your account status and request add-ons for existing accounts.

Who will handle InterNIC processing ?

We will handle all technical aspects related to InterNIC domain name registration, transfer and record modification. We will not handle billing issues for InterNIC though. You or your client will be the primary contact for InterNIC payments.

Will you remain Anonymous ?

The decision is yours  As a policy PrimeGEN will never try to approach your client directly, unless you acknowledge. If you prefer we can represent you company and remain as silent third party or you can always refer PrimeGEN as your Strategic Business Partner for handling Technical Support.
Important to note: PrimeGEN can not provide any guarantee for complete anonymity from your clients. Experienced users can always find out the origin of the hostname by exploring the DNS server names or checking InterNIC whois database records.

Can I sell your services at any price ?

Absolutely ! You are free to resell the services at any desired price to anyone provided the basic terms for use and policies are not violated. We will never in any way try to control the price you wish to offer to your clients. Our low prices will assist you greatly in adding a decent profit margin and still offer the highest quality services at competitive prices.
